Teen Girls Group
Adolescent girls ages 14-18
Group Objective: To develop greater social and self-awareness, promote positive social relationship building; and improve self-image.
When: Biweekly Mondays 6-7 pm

Mixed Adolescent Group
Adolescent boys and girls ages 14-18
Group Objective: Create an opportunity for group members to find common strengths and resources to manage difficult social situations and make healthy lifestyle choices.

Transition Group
Young Adults ages 18-25
Group Objective: Focus on challenges of moving into adult roles and taking on adult responsibilities. Members provide encouragement by supporting one another to problem solve, and implement plans to increase autonomy and self-sufficiency.

Group Objective: Discuss issues specific to gaining skills and coping with home schooling during the pandemic.

Social Confidence Group
Adolescent boys and girls ages 11-14
Group Objective: Middle School participants connect with each other and practice the tools they need to develop self-confidence and social awareness.
