Katherine Gilinsky, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Virginia. She provides comprehensive medication management and therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults, using a holistic and family-systems approach to care.
Katherine has experience in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, supporting individuals and families of all ages. She is specialized in pediatric mental health and treating alcohol and substance use disorders. She also cares for patients with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and more.
Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University and her Master of Science in Nursing from The George Washington University.
Passionate about helping others find balance and healing, Katherine strives to empower her clients and reduce the impact that psychiatric disorders can have on daily life. She views mental health as a vital component of overall wellness and provides personalized, patient-centered treatment tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Outside of her practice, Katherine enjoys yoga, cooking, and hiking with her dog, Toby.
