LINKS & RESOURCES

These resources are available if you are in crisis and need support after business hours, while your provider is away, or in between sessions- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are “National” & “Local” resources available where you live. Many of the “National” resources also help you to connect to local services. Please do not hesitate to use one of these contacts if you are in crisis, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or because you need immediate support and cannot wait until your next appointment.

When you are able to meet with your provider again, they can certainly make it a priority to discuss your experiences and process a pathway forward designed to further meet your needs and align with your therapeutic goals. These services are simply a measure used to fill the gap between meetings and to provide additional support when your provider is not available.
